Choose scheduled service or request immediate roadside assistance and provide accurate vehicle and location details.
How service works.
Mobile automotive service should feel easier—not confusing. This page explains what happens from your request through payment, what each charge covers, and when we need your approval.
You review the work, parts, trip charge, shop charges and applicable tax before authorizing repairs.
Track your request, communicate through your account, and receive your inspection, signed approval and receipt digitally.
From booking to completion
Enter your contact information, vehicle, requested services and the exact location where the vehicle will be accessible.
Your customer account keeps the appointment status, messages, vehicle information and service documents together.
Diagnosis may be required before an exact repair can be quoted. You will see an itemized repair order when confirmed work is ready for approval.
Work begins only after the required approval. Added recommendations or price changes requiring approval are sent back to you before that work is performed.
Your customer account stores available inspections, photos, repair orders, signed approvals, service history and paid receipts.
A request is not an acceptance.
Roadside requests are manually reviewed for technician availability, distance, serviceability and safety. Submitting a request does not promise dispatch or an arrival time. When accepted, you receive a status update and an estimated arrival time; estimates may change with traffic, weather, an active appointment or road conditions.
Battery jump, installation of a usable spare tire, emergency fuel delivery, and roadside diagnostic assistance.
We cannot work in active traffic or an unsafe location. Call 911 for danger or injury, and arrange law enforcement or towing when the vehicle cannot be reached safely.
What the mobile charge covers
You are paying for professional service brought to your location—including technician travel, scheduling, mobile equipment and the convenience of avoiding a shop drop-off.
Applies when the verified service address is estimated to be less than 45 minutes from HITUNE’s East Orlando home base.
Applies when the verified service address is estimated to be 45 minutes or more from HITUNE’s East Orlando home base.
Applies after an urgent roadside request is accepted. Additional fuel, parts, diagnostic time or service labor is separate.
Labor-only repair service is generally not subject to Florida sales tax when no parts or materials are supplied. When parts or materials are supplied as part of a repair, Florida may require tax on the full taxable repair charge. Your repair order shows applicable tax before authorization.
Please give us 24 hours.
- Cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled arrival window for a refund of a booking deposit, when one was collected.
- Deposits are nonrefundable for a no-show or cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled arrival window.
- If HITUNE cancels or cannot provide an accepted service, the related deposit is refunded.
- A customer is considered unavailable when the technician cannot safely access the vehicle, cannot reach the customer using the provided contact information, or the vehicle is not present or ready at the agreed location.
- Contact HITUNE as soon as possible to request a different time. A requested change is not confirmed until the updated appointment appears as accepted or confirmed.
Supplied by HITUNE or supplied by you
Your itemized estimate shows the parts and their price before you approve the work. Qualifying new or remanufactured parts receive the coverage shown on the repair order.
You are responsible for fitment, completeness and part quality. The part is not warranted by HITUNE. Repeat diagnosis, removal or labor caused by an incorrect, defective or incomplete part is chargeable.
Special-order, programmed, electrical, opened or nonreturnable parts may require advance payment and may be subject to supplier freight, restocking or nonreturnable charges. Core charges remain due if the correct rebuildable core is not returned and accepted.
Diagnostic time pays for the process.
Diagnostic service covers the testing, observations and professional analysis performed during the authorized time. It does not guarantee that an intermittent or concealed fault will appear during one visit, that one fault explains every symptom, or that repair is included. Confirmed repairs are estimated and authorized separately. Additional testing may be recommended when the first stage does not provide enough evidence for a responsible conclusion.
Vehicle and work-area requirements
- Provide an accurate service address and a legal, reasonably level work area with safe clearance around the vehicle.
- Make the vehicle, keys and wheel-lock key available at the agreed time, and disclose relevant modifications, prior repairs and known safety concerns.
- Keep children, pets and bystanders away from the work area.
- Apartment, HOA, workplace, parking-garage and property permissions are the customer’s responsibility.
- Weather, lighting, surface conditions, traffic, restricted access or another safety concern may require delay, relocation, modified service or cancellation.
Coverage should be easy to find.
Qualifying repairs using new or remanufactured HITUNE-supplied parts generally include 12-month/12,000-mile limited parts and workmanship coverage. Used, rebuilt or reconditioned parts and customer-supplied parts have different coverage. The repair order controls when it states specific terms.
