How will I know whether HITUNE is available?
The technician manually reviews each urgent request. If accepted, your portal status and notifications show the response. If another appointment is in progress, the acceptance can include an estimated availability time.
Do I need an account first?
No. A new roadside request can create a customer account and store the customer and vehicle information for the service workflow.
Does accepting the request guarantee the car can be repaired roadside?
No. The requested service or diagnostic may identify a condition requiring parts, towing, shop equipment or a later repair appointment.
What areas are served?
The primary area includes Avalon Park, Waterford Lakes, Alafaya and surrounding East Orlando neighborhoods. Availability and travel time depend on the exact location.
